Creator Payments Terms

Last updated: 5 September 2026

Pixalera gives you the link-in-bio storefront and checkout. Razorpay collects the money and settles it straight into your own account — we never hold your payments.

Section 01

What Pixalera gives you

Your link-in-bio page is a hosted storefront. Pixalera builds and runs the page, the product blocks, the checkout hand-off, the customer-facing product pages, and the reporting you see in the Earnings tab.

Storefront & product blocks

Unlimited link, product, course, event, membership and locked-content blocks on one mobile-first page with your own design and username.

Checkout hand-off

Every paid block gets a Razorpay checkout that opens under your own Razorpay account, on desktop and mobile.

Sales reporting

Verified orders, revenue, average order value, per-product performance and CSV exports, refreshed as Razorpay confirms each payment.

Delivery & automation

Digital delivery links, unlock links for paid content, buyer notifications and audience capture stay part of your Pixalera workspace.

Section 02

Pixalera does not collect your payments

Pixalera is not a payment processor, a merchant of record, a payment aggregator, or an escrow service. We never hold, route, split or release your customers' money, and we do not issue settlements to you.

  • We do not receive your sales money into any Pixalera account
  • We do not hold a balance on your behalf and we do not pay you out
  • We do not store card numbers, UPI credentials, CVVs or bank credentials
  • We do not decide refunds, chargebacks or settlement timelines on your behalf

Where your money actually goes

Every successful payment settles from Razorpay directly into the bank account registered on your own Razorpay account, on Razorpay's settlement schedule. Balance and payout figures shown in Pixalera are a reflection of Razorpay data, not a Pixalera-held balance.

Section 03

How the Razorpay integration works

  • You connect your own Razorpay account from Earnings → Payment using Razorpay's secure authorization screen.
  • You never paste an API key or secret into Pixalera. We store an encrypted authorization token and your Razorpay account ID only.
  • Optionally, a hosted Razorpay payment page can be created on, or pasted from, your account and used as the checkout for your bio links.
  • Pixalera creates the order on your Razorpay account, then Razorpay collects the payment and verifies it.
  • An order is marked paid in your dashboard only after Razorpay's verified confirmation reaches us.
  • You can revoke Pixalera's access at any time from Razorpay or from the Payment section; paid products then stop accepting new checkouts.

Test and live modes

While your Razorpay account is in test mode, checkouts and reported sales are test data. Switch your Razorpay account to live mode to accept real customer payments.

Section 04

Fees, taxes and invoices

  • Razorpay's transaction fees and applicable GST are charged by Razorpay on your account, as per your Razorpay pricing.
  • Pixalera charges only your Pixalera subscription. We do not take a commission cut from your link-in-bio sales.
  • You are the seller of record for everything you list. Pricing, tax treatment, GST/e-invoicing and customer invoices are your responsibility.
  • Customer receipts for the payment itself are issued by Razorpay.

Section 05

Your responsibilities as the seller

  • Keep your Razorpay KYC, business details and bank account current and verified
  • Sell only what your Razorpay account and Indian law permit; no prohibited or restricted categories
  • Describe products, prices, delivery timelines and access terms honestly on your page
  • Publish your own refund, cancellation and support policy, and honour it
  • Handle customer support, disputes, refunds and chargebacks for your own sales
  • Comply with data-protection duties for the customer details you collect

Section 06

Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

Because the money never touches Pixalera, refunds and chargebacks are processed on your Razorpay account and are governed by Razorpay's terms. Issue refunds from your Razorpay dashboard; Pixalera reflects the resulting status on the order.

Pixalera's role in a dispute

We can help you read the order trail — what was bought, when, and what Razorpay reported — but we cannot reverse, hold or release a payment for you.

Section 07

Service availability and limits

  • Payment features depend on Razorpay's availability and on your account staying active and verified.
  • If your Razorpay authorization is revoked, expires or fails verification, paid blocks stop accepting new orders until it is restored.
  • Reported figures are informational. Razorpay's own dashboard is the final record for money, fees and settlements.
  • Accounts used for fraud, prohibited goods or policy abuse can have payment features disabled.

Section 08

Acceptance

By connecting a Razorpay account or publishing a paid block on your link-in-bio page, you accept these Creator Payments Terms together with the Pixalera Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Razorpay's own merchant terms.
